The Nest is a completely autonomous two-bedroom apartment that is perched atop the garage and overlooks the 15-acres from its balcony/entrance. There are wonderful water views from each room. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed. The full kitchen has a washer/dryer as well for those really messy meals.
